Pacific West Roofing opened its doors in Redding in May 1994 (License Number #706580) to fill the high demand of residential and commercial roofing in the North State area. Instead of outsourcing business to out of state contractors, Todd Fischer wanted to keep business local. This, in turn, would keep the costs down for the consumer.
